Latar Belakang

Perkembangan Industry dan organisasi masa depan dengan revolusi yang makin cepat, Industri 4.0 dalam berbagai sektor telah menyebabkan Shifting dan perubahan Human Resource/ HR di masa kini dan masa depan.

Beberapa perubahan yang dirasakan antara lain di masa depan adalah semakin tingginya Pendidikan pekerja masa depan, kemajuan teknologi industry (Internet, Communication, Collaboration), sehingga perlu diprediksi oleh Manajemen dan Top Leader organisasi bagaimana bentuk ukuran (Metric) maupun Analisa (Analytic) terhadap indicator kinerja mereka beserta prediksinya, sehingga diperlukan penyusunan Model Analytic (Predictive Analytic).

Key Performance Indicator/ KPI organisasi dan kaitannya dengan Human Resources agar tidak hanya bisa memberikan data bersifat reaktif (Report) atau sampai level 2 (Dashboard) tapi sudah melangkah ke arah Predictive Analytic sampai Modelling, sehingga bisa memberikan gambaran masa depan, tugas dan langkah apa yang harus dilakukan oleh pengambil keputusan/ Decision Maker maupun Human Capital professional, terkait perubahan dan dinamika bisnis yang Adaptive, sehingga Human Capital professional mampu memberikan dampak nyata dalam menggerakkan bisnis organisasi melalui solusi dan analisis tepat bagi bisnis.

Berlatar pendidikan Sarjana Hukum Bisnis dari Universitas Borobudur. Ia juga mendapatkan gelar Magister di bidang Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dari Universitas yang sama.

Memiliki pengalaman lebih dari 25 tahun dalam bidang Human Resource dengan berbagai latar belakang industri, mulai dari Fashion, Ritel, Oil & Gas, FMCG, Pertambangan, hingga Media.

Sebagai Trainer, beliau pernah menangani berbagai perusahaan baik Pemerintahan, Swasta Nasional, dan Swasta asing. Ia memiliki sertifikasi Certified Industrial Relations Professional (CIRP) bidang Human Resource Management. Selain itu, ia juga aktif sebagai dosen di beberapa Perguruan Tinggi.
